How do I make a product exchange?

In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, returns are eligible up to 14 days after delivery. You can access our portal by clicking below.

Frequently asked questions

Delivery time of my package

If the product purchased is eligible for shipment from France, your package will be prepared on the evening of the day of purchase and shipped the next day.

Please note that if you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, the package will be dispatched on the first working day. If the purchased product is stored abroad, it takes between 24 and 72 hours for the product to be shipped.

You will receive a shipping notification by email (please check your spam and promotions).

I have not received a purchase confirmation

Please check your spam and advertising emails first.

If your purchase confirmation email does not arrive within 10 minutes after payment of your order, please contact us via the contact form.

I want to change my order

If your package has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to change it.

Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.

When will I receive my package?

If the product purchased is listed as available for shipment from France, it usually takes 72 hours for delivery to your door.

If the product purchased is listed as being stored abroad, it takes approximately 5-10 days for delivery.

The wristband is not compatible

First, check the exact model of your watch. Then check that you have purchased the correct model of strap for your Garmin watch.

You can contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

Please note that the returns email must be sent to us within 14 days (maximum) of delivery of your package.

My package arrived incomplete

First, check that you have not received two tracking numbers. If one of the ordered products is not available in France, we will send you the items in two different packages.
